Buying Wordpress Template Based on Existing HTML/Design

    I need someone that can take our current design: http://bit.ly/vZ9Mfu and make it a Wordpress template with sidebar areas on the subpages (no sidebar on homepage.) Looking for a good price and a working demo before sale.
