   I've just installed wordpress and created an article.
   How do I create tags, like on this one:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/
   
   See where it says 'Tags:'? and some blogs have a list of tags at the side.
   How do I achieve this? I've found no help on the help pages.
