Wordpress: Sometimes cant save posts / upload images

There are times that after a while I cant upload images to wordpress or post a comment it just 'times out'

Yet when i go to my other computer it works fine. i have no idea what is going on. Checked my server, used different browsers and just sometimes have the issue

Its so annoying because i have to leave my laptop to go to my desktop then transfer everything i have written just to post it

Any help / advice would be welcome

 

I'm probably wrong, but maybe one computer doesn't have a current version of PHP installed?
