Wordpress social media plugin required urgently

    Hi,
    I have a web site on WordPress and i need a social media plugin which should visible on each post of site. I need such plugin which shows facebook, twitter, Google + and stumble etc.. at the same time. I have seen such plugin on many sites posts but am unable to find those. Kindly send me link or name of that plug in.

    Hi there are many social media plugins you may find from google. Please check that is that useful to you or not. If you have need different type of WP then you may contact with a good WP programmer.
