Wordpress Slow Updating

I have been experiencing this for a number of weeks now. I am currently finishing updating my site layout, and whenever I made changes in the past they don't appear until 5,10 even up to 30 minutes later. It didn't use to be like this. I changed hosts around a month ago, however the slow updating may have occurred before then.

Is it my FTP, Wordpress or my hosting?

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

First do you press F5 to update the page after you do a change?

Do you have a lot of plugins, themes or uploads? This can cause a lot of extra loading time even if you are not using theme. Delete inactive themes and plugins.

Try pinging your domain to see if its your host.

If using the WP-Cache plugin disable it while making changes.
