Buying Wordpress Sites

I am looking to buy established wordpress sites. I have some pretty specific criteria so please read carefully.

-Wordpress
-TLD .com/.net/.org
-majority ORGANIC search engine traffic
-Making some cash... I don't want to go off of "potential" (little as couple bucks a day or more)
-monetized with AMAZON or EPN (can have adsense/clickbank/Commission Junction... just not as main source.)
-Product based (physical or digital)
-Unique Content (no copied articles from directories or other sites)
-PR is a plus, but not a necessity. Earnings are a necessity.

Please don't contact me with only your URL or asking me what my budget it, or referring me to another sales link. If you have a site that meets that criteria, take some times and spell it out, tell me about it, what were your plans? why are you selling? etc etc... your asking price. If I like the site, I will reply with an offer or acceptance and we can get the ball rolling. If you reply with something like "what's your budget?" or "http://mysite.com".... I will ignore it.
