Buying Wordpress sites with traffic

Hello people of DP forums!

Today I am looking to buy a website with the following criteria:

1. At least 250 unique visitors per day (non-bought and adsense friendly)
2. No spammy autoblogs or otherwise bad content.
3. No websites in the entertainment, games, or other low keyword niche.
4. No websites dealing with black hat, pornography or illegal content.
5. Ideally run on Wordpress, but I will make exceptions if the website is easy to handle and fills all other criteria.

I will not reply to people who don't provide URL and Google Analytics/Other traffic proof in the PM. After showing me the site, we can discuss the sales price.
