Buying WordPress sites in any niche, no traffic or earnings required

I bought around 30 sites from DP over the past few month, looking to buy dozens more.

Looking for sites with unique content, preferably 20+ articles.

Basically looking for sites with 90% plus unique content you've failed to make a go off (no revenue/traffic) and want to cut your losses.

Budget below $40 per site unless there's a good reason why it's worth more. I'm not buying successful sites, so don't expect a lot of money.

PM with the following details.

1: Domain Name
2: Number of unique posts (only interested in unique content, I will check)
3: Price (if you ask for offers, my offer is $0.01)

I'm going to assume no traffic/revenue unless you prove otherwise, I'm basically buying the content.

I'm a busy person, note how I've numbered 1, 2, 3 the information I want if any of 1, 2 or 3 is missing I won't respond. More info you provide easier it is for me to make a fast decision. If you already have a DP auction online and want me to look at it, if any of the above information (1, 2 or 3) is missing supply it.

This is not rocket science, I want basic information so I can make a fast decision, of the dozens of people I've dealt with on DP around 75% don't provided basic information on their first contact! I don't have the time to visit your site and count the number of articles, log in to your WordPress Dashboard and right on the main page under Right Now it tells you how many Posts and Pages your site has.

Payment via PayPal in advance after you confirm ownership: put a text file on the site with my DP username for example.

After I make payment I'll want the domain transferring to either Godaddy or Namecheap, a zip file of the files on the site, SQL database dump file, your WordPress username and password and a WordPress xml export file: WordPress Dashboard - Tools >> Export : Tick All Content and click the Download Export File button.

Or

FTP access and your WordPress username/password and an SQL database dump.

You will not reuse or resell the content.

I don't want crappy autoblogs, not worth what you paid to register the domain.
