    I am selling a site I created with WordPress. It has great potential, but needs some off-page SEO, and it needs to be monetized further. Currently it is just running Adsense. This website is a blog and very easy to manage with the WordPress Dashboard. The credit/financial niche is a very high paying through Adsense and other means. "800creditcarddebt" is heavily advertised on TV and gets many Google searches. It would not be hard to get a top 10 SERP ranking on some quality keywords and keyword phrases. I have not been tracking with Google Analytics so I don't have traffic stats, assume minimal. This is a perfect site for someone who wants to take on a small project and make this site into something. PM me with any questions.
