The theme was made theirself (or their agency), but they took some code from Eric Meyer :: http://ericmeyer.com HTML5 Doctor :: http://html5doctor.com and the HTML5 Boilerplate :: http://html5boilerplate.com They used Contact Form 7, but I don't see any other used plugins.
They don't have much actually, but you can see these all if you check the source code of the website...
