Wordpress site SSL error on Windows XP: Your connection is not secure

    Hi,
    I just installed Let's Encrypt free SSL for my website at https://www.topwebhosting.tech however my users notifying me on Facebook that they unable to access the site from Windows XP, I also tested my site with Windows XP and get the error:
    This happened with both Firefox and Chrome, I am not sure because Windows XP problem or Let's Encrypt issues ?
    Do you have any experience to fix this ? I don't want lost the traffic from Windows XP users.

    Let's Encrypt certificates do not properly work with most XP installations, because their intermediate certificate is not acknowledged by the Windows XP root certificates.
