Wordpress site - Problem with scrolling

    I have a wordpress website, which has a strange problem. Sometimes (some computer with some browser) site does not scroll. If you put your mouse over the scrollbar and then turn the scroll wheel - it works. I have tried to switch off plug-ins one by one, but the problem was still present.

    I'm no expert, so ask for your help.

    The site is moderendom dot net.

    Which browsers have the problem? Tested now with Firefox and Chrome on Windows 10, couldn't recreate the problem. A bit more information about what kind of browsers creating the problem might help.

    Which version of Chrome? Having it running on Windows 7 and/or 8 shouldn't really matter, as long as they're running latest version of Chrome.

    May be responsiveness problem. In this forum I posted a wp custom scroll bar post. May be you this plugins can help you to solve the issue. Another issue can be happen, you can take help from expert.
