Hi, Open your WP admin ( yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php ) and set them as you wish. I can recommend choosing custom structure and paste into the edit box and click Save Changes. Regards
Custom structure will run you into problems if your site is large, its best to go with one of the pre-defined wordpress options.
