Ok Folks, Here is the deal. I have fallen in love with building sites, specifically niche sites, over the last couple years. I have several of my own sites That I have built and manage. That said, I am not fond of the marketing process. For some reason, it is tedious work that I really do not have the patience for. So my offer to you is: Let me Build a Website on the Wordpress CMS for you, so that it is a ready made money maker for you to take on and market and make money with. QUESTIONS: Q-Any Examples? Q-How Much Does It Cost? A- Well that all depends on the size of the website that you want. As you know, paying for content on a 10 page site is going to be considerable less than content on a 100 page site. If you want to provide the content of the site, the price drops dramatically, as you can imagine. Q-Does your site come with hosting and domain name? A- No. You will need to have hosting and a domain name before I can get started. This is generally a very inexpensive process and very quick as well. I can help you through it if you need. Q- Do you offer support? A- If you order a site build from me, I will answer any questions and help out in any way possible until you are completely comfortable managing the site. Q- What about marketing/promotion? A- As stated above, this is something you will need to do yourself. If you would rather outsource this as well, I do have a great guy here on the forum that I can hook you up with. I am confident he can help you. The guy knows his stuff. From start to finish, the way that the process will go is you contact me with some general details about what it is that you want. I will then do some keyword research and domain name research for you (unless you have an old domain you want to use) and optimize the pages around those keywords. I will supply the content, design, graphics, and set up the site to earn from the monetization methods that you would like. The two example sites above are monetized through the eBay Partner Network and Amazon and Adsense. You don't have to monetize with these affiliates, as you can monetize with whatever best fits the site. I will need access to cpanel and ftp password/usernames to get things set up.
