As a result of moving a website from a CMS over to a wordpress installation, I need the following services done on a new install of wordpress: Programming type stuff: - Made seo friendly. At the very least I need the ability to assign pretty URL's (I want to custom define these on a per page basis. They should not be required to be tied in any way to the page content, like I think wordpress does out of the box). Must also have the ability to define meta tags on a per page basis. And title tags as well. I suspect that these are likely things that can be done using standard plugins so if you know wordpress you can just step me through the selection of the mods and how to set them up. I need to be able to keep the current URL's. - I have about 5000 pages of content, in blocks of 100 pages, i.e. like I have 50 ebooks. I need to insert the html from those 5000 pages into the database. Each page will also need to have a 'previous' and 'next' link as well as a 'main table of contents' link. Ideally I'd like to provide a spreadsheet with: filenames of the 5000 pages, for each page 'next' page and the link text to use, the 'previous' page and the link text to use, the 'contents' page and the link text to use. And I'll probably want some default html at the top and bottom of each page. So I need a script written that will pull that information from say a text file (or one text file for each 'book') and stuff it into the wordpress database, thus creating a new page. Oh, and I'll want to be able to specify the page address, title tag, and meta tags for each page while we're at it (assuming we've got the mods from the first section installed). - step me through how to remove all the bloggy type stuff as this is a relatively static non-blog site. i.e. the search bar, blogroll, etc. Or perhaps that'll be done in the template. Design/Coding type stuff: - Code a three column design from a graphic artist into a wordpress installation as a template. The cutline wordpress template is sort of what we're looking at. Not that design, but that's a good example of a three column layout. You can assume you're working with whatever standard files you'd get from a graphic artist; likely psd or some other sort of nonsense . - The layout will have three main sections or menus. A main section, an articles type section, and a ebook section (the 5K pages mentioned above) The ebook menu section will have three links to different ebook types, each ebook type will have a page that lists and links to the contents page for each ebook, which page then links to the individual ebook pages. Does that make sense? I'm unsure if that will happen as a result of the template coding or the insertion of the pages into the database. Let me know how much if any of these things you'd be willing to tackle. You don't have to do all of them, if you want to handle the coding and are familiar with wordpress databases then just let me know what your quote would be on that section. Or if you're a hot template coder but don't want to touch the database, then quote me on the template installation. I'm looking for someone experienced at wordpress. 1. Custom urls are an inbuit wordpress feature called post slugs that can be assigned changed in post editor. 2. For custom titles for every post, Search for and get SEO Title Tag plugin. 3. For meta tags, get meta tags plugin. 4. For design, hire Smaug. Best guy around for web design.

Anybody? I can do most of it myself if I have to, but would prefer someone to code the template that's done it before.
