Excuse me for this stupid question but just wanted to make sure. In wordpress if I SEO a page or a post.. is there any diffrence at all? I mean do i have any better chance to gain a higher rank with a page longterm? Post and Page must be the exact same right? The only thing that matters is the way you promote it. Just have had some doubts that a post is given less juice somehow. Thanks if you have time to answer. BR, Johanna
You should review Dan Schulz's Wordpress SEO Checklist, will give you some good insight into SEO with wordpress, view the entire thread; I got some good suggestions in there too.
WordPress is pretty SEO-friendly out of the box. Since Google tend to give more importance to offpage factors, I would suggest you to focus on building quality backlinks and writing fresh original content P.S.: nice link, ssandecki!
