Selling WordPress SEO Service - the most important service you didn't realize you needed!!!

You read it and hear it everywhere: "WordPress is good at SEO, right out-of-the-box!" So, you whip up a WP site, slap on an SEO plugin, push a few buttons, and you're good to go, right?

    WRONG!!!

Just because it's pretty good, doesn't mean it's good enough! A Toyota Prius is good right out of the factory, but that doesn't mean it's going to win any races.

Don't believe me? Here's one interesting thing you probably didn't realize:

Most WordPress themes screw up the H1 tag (yea - the most important heading tag) on EVERY PAGE except the home page! WHAT?!?!

It's true! Check your own site, I bet it's wrong! The H1 heading tag should accurately describe the content of that page, yet most WP themes make your site title the H1 tag, which is usually only correct on the home page.

Guess what... they screw up the H2 tags as well by making your site description the H2 tag. That means your H1 tags and H2 tags are the SAME on every page of your site (Google HATES this!) plus, they are only correct on the home page, which means they are negatively affecting your rankings on every inner page of your site.

Wait a minute... just who said WordPress is good at SEO? If I hired someone to do SEO on my site, and they did this, I WOULD FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! Here, I'll just go ahead and say it:

WordPress is NOT good at SEO!!!

First Off: How do I know about SEO?
I have been working in SEO for over 10 years now, and have successfully ranked countless sites at the top of Google. I even wrote a very successful SEO Guide that's available for sale here on DP. I have successfully ranked websites in everything from low competition long-tail keyword niches all the way up to extremely high competition niches, such as "personal injury lawyer." I have done everything from ultra blackhat pharmacy sites to a 100% white-hat multi-billion dollar government defense contractors website. I live for SEO.

Secondly: How do I know about WordPress?
I have also built hundreds (literally, not an exaggeration) of WordPress websites - from simple blogs, to extremely customized installations running forums, social networks, social bookmarking sites and much more. I dream in WordPress code.

What Can This Service Do For Me?
I have done split tests in the past, where I made two identical sites, one using a standard WordPress theme with none of my optimization techniques. The other, I did this full WP SEO Service on. I gave both the sites the exact same links by buying links on the same sites for both of them, and added the same content to both (just spun so they were unique). The site with no optimizations ranked #37 after 3 months... the site I optimized... ranked #3! I decided to see what it would take to get that first site to rank on the first page without doing my on-site optimization. I ended buying 6 more paid links: 2 x PR1, 2 x PR2, 1 x PR3 and 1 x PR4, which cost me a total of $140 for 1 year (and of course, I'd have to keep renewing!) The point is... if your site is not optimized well, you will spend a lot more time and money trying to rank it well.

    What Does This Service Include?
The price depends on what you need from me (if you've already done keyword research, and just want me to focus on those keywords, there is no need to pay me for additional keyword research).

Keyword Research - Average Price: $20 - $40: I will scrape a large list of keywords related to your website and analyze them all to develop a highly targeted list of keywords with good search volume and minimal competition. That means more traffic for less work! Price is based on the number of keywords you want to use.

    On-Site SEO Analysis
    - Average Price: $60 - $120: I will analyze your website based on your keywords to find any / all potential problems that need to be addressed in order to achieve top rankings. I will also analyze the size and page load times to see if they need to be optimized at all. The price is based on the depth of analysis.

Complete On-Site WP SEO Overhaul - Average Price: $80 - $200: I will fix any problems discovered in the On-Site Analysis stage, including adding / configuring an SEO plugin with the best possible settings for your website, adding / configuring a caching plugin to speed up page load times, and editing your theme to fix core SEO related issues, such as the H1 and H2 tags mentioned earlier. Price is based on amount of fixes needed.

    Average Price For Everything: $160 - $360
The price is based on a variety of factors: whether or not you need keyword research, how many keywords you want to use, how deep on an on-site analysis you need, and how many problems need to be fixed on the site.
