You shouldnt have to worry about keyword density. Create good unique content geared towards the reader and not the search engine. Just throw in a couple of keywords here and there.
The title of the post is most important, find something interesting that uses popular keywords that best describe the post.
Use the keywords in the first sentence, and after that write as normal. Write for people not search engines.

If your website is a very niche site, your articles will need some mentions of your main keywords in order to rank for them.

As Google said, "Write for your readers, Don't Write for Search Engines". Large readership and high traffic can rank your website higher on search results. You don't have to write all your target keywords. Just write based on your website's topic.
Just keep it simple and dont over stuff keywords in yoiur H1 Tags or even in paragraphs. Try to optimize you post titles with 2 keywords (wisely) and make it look non-spamy, and ull be fine.
