Wordpress scalable enough to built a social network?

    Hi

    I was told that Joomla and drupal is better to built a social network because they are much more scalable. I want to know If that is true.

    Many people think wordpress is just to blog, I've seen people use wordpress for many different kind of online businesses.

    It is true that Joomla and drupal are best but they are difficult to use while wordpress is user friendly and very easy to use. There are lot of plugins available for wordpress but not for joomla and drupal. so many many many businesses using wordpress.

    Drupal is a good choise. But I will suggest you to try WordPress with buddypress plugin.
