wordpress running slow

    It is taking my 3 sites witch are not subdomains but on the same url 15 seconds to load. This is within the last day, they were loading within 5 seconds yesterday. I know it is not my site because I have cleared the cache etc. Any advice as to how to fix this? thanks

    Optimise the DB. Turn off any unwanted plugins. Rinse and try again :)

    all unused plugins are off, and not sure what to do to optimise sql, I use yahoo and it is a strange interface thanks
