What's the best wordpress plugin that would fetch the content form an RSS feed and post it as a regular post, as if it was posted manually? FeedWordPress doesn't post it as regular post, hence XML sitemap is not rebuilt and pings are not sent. WP-O-Matic is just plain user not friendly and doesn't work with IE hence completely worthless. What are the other options?
