    I got this custom tool bar on the top of my page,basicly i wanted it to display a small random video on it where it says video of the day but it lagged the page,now im trying to get just the thumbnail to show random and link to the post of the video but i cant get it to work the site has jw player plugin any ideas? www.crookedminds.com
