Wordpress question

    if i upgrade to wordpress premium ..
    like 20 $ for one year 5 GB space...

    will I be able to upload my themes plugins and stuff ?
    for paid upgrades on wordpress.com

    With premium, you can edit your theme via stylesheet customization (they give you an editor). I don't beleive there is support for custom plugins...
