    Is there a plugin where, say on the index page, a post is over a certain height - it would just end with a ....

    For example, the post would look like this:

    Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Cras fermentum ligula eu lorem. Morbi placerat. Nullam pharetra vulputate ipsum. Cras pellentesque massa non elit. Suspendisse interdum. Nulla elit elit, consectetuer id, bibendum id, feugiat quis, neque. Aenean suscipit magna at tellus. Pellentesque mollis diam eu leo. Ut facilisis euismod ipsum. Proin sodales, tellus.... {reached height}

    I don't know if it's possible with height, but i've seen it done on other blogs.

    Thanks in advance.

    EDIT: Found a plugin. http://dev.wp-plugins.org/wiki/PostTeaser

    I think there is also an option in the wordpress admin for posts displayed on a page and the amount of words.
