    What did you mean by default and set one up?
    Did you mean create a Wordpress blog by default?
    And also, are referring either to Wordpress.com or Wordpress.org?

    do you mean difficult?

    its not. install script will do it for you and once you get to know the cms, plugins and etc.. you get your way.
