Wordpress Question ...

    Guys,

    Need help on where to put sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz from google sitemap plugin in wordpress.
    Please anyone let me know where to put those...Thanks

    Yep, as alfa_375 says, it should still mention it in the installation file for that plugin.

    /public_html/yourwebsitename/

    if you can see your wp-config.php file then your in the correct folder.

    Guys,

    Already do put the sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz in the public_html folder. But nothing happen. What should I do now?
    There still no change at all.
    Your help is needed.

    Within the admin area, have you did the next step of creating it for the first time or whatever its called?

    Put it in the root directory of the domain. Go to public_html or www then yourdomain.com and place it in that folder where the wordpress installation is there.

    If your wordpress instalation is on any subdomain or folder like yourdomain.com/blog then place it in that folder or subdomain.
