how to highlight text in wordpress in paragraph? just like in this blog post http://www.johnchow.com/wordpress-265-available-for-download/ the post center content is in ash color

 

He his wrapped the text around in <blockquote></blockquote> tags and has styled it in CSS so it looks the way it does.
