Hello there, I am using the wordpress for my blog, I noticed when I click on any post I make, the link looks very generic "sitename.com/?p=5", is there a plugin which will change it to something like "sitename.com/title-of-the-post"? In your dashboard go to Settings/Permalink and in the Custom Structure field enter: /%category%/%postname%/ or %postname%
If you want it to look like mydomain.com/my great post then the permalink structure would be /%postname%/ The above permalink structure would look like mydomain.com/some category/my great post
