    To be honest, I don't like the design at all. The rainbow/nature stuff in the header doesn't seem to have anything to do with a Q&A theme and for overview's sake, you should make the big blue text the question and the standard text below it the answer.
    Really, if I had a question, I wouldn't find any reason to use your site. You have to do something to differentiate yourself, and the first step is by focusing on a niche and not make it broad like that.

    Add some design elements like nice sidebar, header image and remove the google ads and hostgator ad.

    Good effort for your own theme.
    Q&A website must have a good display of 'search'. I think it should be on the right side and far away from the logo. At least, the header is not messy
