Wordpress: Putting custom field on next-prev nav links 15$

    ive been looking for this on googgle but i cant find the answer to my problem

    I need to display Prev and Nav links on my site but instead of using the full post title. i want to use the cuistom field.. my custom field name is subtext

    i will pay 15$ for this.

    custom fields = Episode 2
