Wordpress: put addsense after every first post

    I had used tutorial in my site

    http://www.lancelhoff.com/adding-adsense-ads-between-posts/

    and its working fine for home page, but when we read the entire post or viewing just a single post the adds does not show up, I also want the adds to be shown when we see only one post.

    How to achieve this.

    I had installed it but did not get how can i show one add in first post either that was in home page or reading the post?

    Use Ads Manager plugin, it also has banner ad rotator with it.

    i suggest u to install adsense manager..it's very powerful plugin for adsense..
