Buying WordPress Programming Tweaks Needed

    I need a WP developer to make some small changes to my site. Right now my homepage has a recent posts section..but it is hardcoded. Instead I need a widget that will show my most recent posts without me having to update my hp code. I also want to be able to choose whether a post is sticky and will stay at the top of the hp.

    Also, in the footer I need a few changes-including a sitewide link.

    This should take an experienced programmer under an hour.

    Wordpress already has "recent posts" widget builtin in the script ,check out sidebar setting for more :)
