Buying Wordpress programmer & designer

    Hi

    I have an old Wordpess theme i have been using for some time and been upgrading now and then. It's responsive and works in mobiles but now some problems arises. With the new version of wordpress some bugs appears and i would like to sorts them out, make the mobile version a little bit better and also puff up the design a bit.

    This guy will never pay you! I already did a small work for him and he neglected to pay my small fee of $16, and never returned my Messages or Skype's.
