Did you try it offline? try to delete the folder and all contents / wptube4 / and try installing again.

    you can try again...
first of all delete it from your server and then try to install it from your wp admin area...
to install from your wp admin you must need a zip file of template!

rename the zip file and the folders named wptube4 to wptube5 or something and upload it.

I'm going on a hunch here, but installing a WordPress theme to your C drive on your personal computer will do you no good.

This needs to be installed on your web server. In any case, it's telling you there is already a theme installed with that name. Manually remove it and reinstall it.

You need to delete it from your file manager inside your cpanel. Then re-install it. I've had this issue before.

This will delete his entire WordPress install. He only needs to delete one theme, which is done in either the WordPress admin or through FTP. There are other ways, yes, but theres are going to be the 2 most common.

    Two options...

    1) Delete the existing theme from WordPress appearance manager then install the updated version
    2) Go to FTP and rename your existing theme folder to something like "themename-previous", then retry the install in WordPress admin (Appearance > Install Themes > Add New > Upload)
