Prices depends to the design and its complexity.

 

look for seo friendly, widget ready(most are) ability to add/remove sidebar, ease of change header image, change background colors, not all themes are equal..

It would depend on your designing needs, if its not complex and you don't require illustrations, it should cost you somewhere between $200 to $500
