Wordpress post view plugin

I am looking for a plugin that will show "view" count of a post .And this count will public on every post.I'm using "wp-postview" plugin.But i need something better.My current plugin shows like this: http://www.eduportalbd.com/archives/5241 Does any one know any plugin that is better than this.??Suggestion please.

 

What do you consider to be "better"? Which functions do you miss?
