Wordpress post problem.

I have two different sites both with wordpress installed, one I upgraded to version 2.8, the other is still version 2.7.1. On the one with version 2.8 when I go to post or add content to a page there is no options under the visual tab such as bold, underline, spell check, add a video etc. The 2.7.1 version still has these. Does anyone know what the problem is? I've included pics below to illustrate what I mean. Sorry for the poor pic quality, I don't know how to take a screen shot with my computer.

This is a pic from the 2.7.1 version.

Here's a pic from the 2.8 version, you can see that all the options are missing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

It's a big problem. There are many different ways to fix it but you might have to try several of them before one works.
You will find lots of threads about it on the Wordpress support forums.

This is a good summary of all the tips I've seen in the forum:
    Troubleshooting TinyMCE in WordPress 2.7

It's really confusing. I think there are multiple conflicts to have that many solutions.

Good luck and thanks for the rep. :)
