    Description: Vertical portal for Word Press blog software.

    Age of Site: Started in early May 2005!

    Reason for sale: Don’t have the time to maintain the site.

    Traffic: Aprox 200 unique and 2,000 page views per month.

    Strengths of site: The site is a vertical portal for Word Press blog software. Site includes a theme and plugins directory and theme demo area. The theme directory and demo area is loaded with over 200 themes.
    Index page is PR-5 most internal pages are PR-4.

    Weakness: plugins directory is empty. Never implemented any revenue sources.

    Software Used: The “main” part of the site and the theme demo is WordPress (of course). The themes and plugins directories are Olate download (http://www.olate.co.uk/products/od/). Site search is Inspire Fast Find (http://www.interspire.com/fastfind/)

    Kinda cool site but no theme demos. Is it very easy to set up theme demos?

    I'm not sure what you mean by "no theme demo's"? Just follow the Theme Demo link at the top. There are over 200 themes loaded in the demo system.

    The theme demo is very easy to setup. It's just a second install of WordPress. All you have to do is upload the new theme to the proper directory and the demo picks it up.

    I think the theme demo along is worth the price. There are does not seem to be much competition.
    Here's an idea for adsense: place it right below the theme demo jumpdown box.
