I've looked a little but haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Is there any places that people offer to code wordpress plugins or guides to learn how to code wordpress plugins out there? I have a few in mind I wouldn't mind seeing but am not sure where I'd go around to either find someone willing to make them or learn how to code them. Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions.
