Buying wordpress plugins (quick money)

    i got wordpress installed, but i dont know which plugins they're using, i am looking for the embeded video player.

    I found out it's the
    Wordpress Video Plugin

    but i dont know how they got the full screen option
    and the report option

    and also the Episodes list,

    If you can help me set those up, i will pay 25 dollars
