WordPress Plugins - NEED HELP !

I am trying to make a website and throw wordpress and i got stuck with plugins.
i need a plugin , gallery plugin which after moving mouse on an image link shows an image , like here http://ptcnova.com/best-ptc-sites/buxmatrix/ ( scroll down till "payment proof" ) and i need to know how can i make table's like tables bellow the banner ( same page )

Actually, h4sin wasn't able to explain what exactly he wanted.

He means that when the cursor of the mouse is on the link, information about the link should be given. He wrote it as image which is not exactly correct as there is no image.

h4sin, the plugin donhopkin suggested i.e. Tippy should help you out in what you wish t achieve.
