Wordpress plugins for not showing adsense?

    is there wordpress plugin for NOT showing adsense ads based on user location/ip address?

    I think some persons who are now using a script that allow you block adsense appearing for curtain IP or countries, i do not know if this script violated Adsense policies or not.
