Wordpress Plugins- Any reccomendations?

I have just started a wordpress blog and I am overwhelmed with all the "plug-ins" available.

Can anyone reccomend their top picks for plugins and where to get them?

There are a lot to choose from. It depends what you want to achieve, but I really like the "subscribe to comments" one and the adsense deluxe one

 

Sticky Post, BAStats, Post Teaser, RSS Link are some of my favourites.

 

There is one that creates Google sitemaps.

 

A lot of tips from this site bestmarketseo.com, currently I purchased the linkbuilders bible, it really help me a lot.
