    I personally use gravity forms on wordpress sites. Yes, its commercial and costs a few dollars, but my god you can create some fantastic forms.

    The plugin you mentioned is Contact form 7. Though there are similar contact form plugins in wordpress with extra features. You can also do google to find contact form plugins
