    karyan92, go to the admin section of your co.cc domain and there are options where you will be able to manage your DNS settings.
    Please input your host's DNS settings there. That's all you need to do and wait at maximum 24 to 48 hours for the DNS settings to be propagated throughout the web.

    Then make your site. You can use WordPress, the easiest of all blogs...
