Wordpress plugin to autopost from xml file?

Is there a REAL EASY to use plugin that pulls posts from an xml file that can schedule posts several days a week? I have a plugin, but the minimum is 1 post per day.

Hi there, if you have a plugin.... could we not modify it so it does more than 1 post per day? If you have the source code of the plugin than we can just change the code. Or is that not possible?

Cool, looks like what I've been looking for. Seems like I'm able to schedule it from Wordpress. I'll try it out in a day or two, decided to upgrade my computer before installing some new software.
