Wordpress plugin to automatically search posts for text and insert link of choice

    Is there such a plugin?

    For example, if I specify "computers" as a keyword, every time the word "computers" appears in a post it will automatically link to the URL I specify?

    I was looking for one that does that post by post, not throughout the whole blog and all posts/pages...

    Any suggestions?
