    Just edit the single.php file so it displays your sig on every post..

    To edit single.php with WP 2.5:
    Dashboard > Design > Theme editor > single.php

    To add a plugin:
    Unzip the plugin folder then upload it to "wp-content/plugins"
    Dashboard > Plugins > Activate
