Wordpress plugin that creates Post like subpages

I want to create pages that will be like subcatergories. For instance, if I have a website about weight loss I'd like to create pages (catergories) for Southbeach Diet, Atkins Diet, etc., and have related articles on the appropriate pages that lists the articles in that catergory, like a table of contents.

In other words just like creating Post catergories, but I want to also create "Catergory" pages for those catergories as well.

    Thanks

Simply create categories and name these "Atkins Diets" and put all your Atkins Posts in that categorie.

    That's standard....

    Do i misunderstand?

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but when you create a page you can select a parent for it in the right sidebar of your admin page. So you can create About Us, and then create Contact Us and make About Us it's parent. Does this make sense?

Yeah, don't know what I was thinking

Oh yeah, I wanted to go down another level, that's why I wanted to do it with pages.

    Thanks
